MOBILE, Alabama – A Mobile County jury has found Breore Williams guilty of the capital murder of 69-year-old Robert Thomas “Tommy” Ragona announces Mobile County District Attorney Keith Blackwood.
On December 13, 2021, Breore Williams broke into the home of Tommy Ragona and stabbed him 11 times in the face and neck, ultimately killing him. Williams stole various electronics from the home and fled the scene. Authorities found Williams at the crime scene the next day, attempting to tamper with evidence.
After a jury of his peers heard days of testimony, they deliberated for a few hours and found Breore Williams guilty of Capital Murder. Judge Davis immediately sentenced the defendant to Life Without the Possibility of Parole.
“This was a cold-blooded, calculated act of violence committed during a home invasion fueled by greed,” said Mobile County District Attorney Keith Blackwood. Justice demanded accountability, and today, justice was served”
