MOBILE, Alabama – A Mobile County jury has rendered guilty verdicts in the State’s case against Tadarian Dale, announces Mobile County District Attorney Keith Blackwood.
On August 3, 2020, Jamir Hannah and a female passenger arrived at his apartment when defendant, Tadarian Dale approached the vehicle demanding Hannah to give him everything in his pockets. Tadarian Dale then opened fired multiple times, killing Jamir Hannah and wounding the female passenger.
A Mobile County jury has unanimously found Tadarian Dale guilty of Murder, Attempted Murder and Shooting into an Occupied Vehicle.
“This outcome reflects the strength of our legal system and the commitment of all those who seek justice,” said Mobile County District Attorney Keith Blackwood. “I want to extend my thanks to the jury and the dedicated team who worked tirelessly on this case to bring it to a fair resolution.”
Sentencing for Tadarian Dale will be March 21, 2025 in Judge Vicki Davis’ courtroom.
The State was represented by Assistant District Attorney Matt Simpson and Trial Coordinator Stacia Rogers.
