Mobile Pastor Found Guilty of Sexual Misconduct

MOBILE, Alabama – A Mobile County jury has rendered a guilty verdict in the State of Alabama’s case against Bradrick Vail Sr., announces Mobile County District Attorney Keith Blackwood.

This morning, a Mobile County jury of his peers found Bradrick Vail guilty of seven counts of Sexual Misconduct. 

“The defendant used his power as a pastor over these women to sexually assault them,” said Mobile County District Attorney Keith Blackwood. “His actions were despicable, and he perverted the faith he claimed to preach.”

The State of Alabama was represented by Assistant District Attorneys Nicholas Frisella and Queena Ruffin along with Trial Coordinator Brooke Stanford and Victim Services Officer Patricia Parker. 

Sentencing for Bradrick Vail Sr. is set for scheduled for April 7, 2025.
