If you are a victim of domestic violence, we are here to help you. Aside from having seasoned prosecutors ready to prosecute your cases, our office has a task force dedicated to conversations about Domestic Violence. This quarterly multi-disciplinary team meetings are comprised of different agencies to include, the Mobile County District Attorney’s Office, Mobile Police Department, Mobile County Sheriff’s Office, Penelope House, Department of Human Resources (DHR), City of Mobile, Lifelines, USA, AltaPointe, and other agencies that all come together to discuss how as a city, we can better protect and serve those who suffer at the hands of Domestic Violence.
